Booking an appointment without an electronic ID

I would like to book an appointment for a child under the age of 18

If the child does not have their own electronic ID you should use the legal guardian’s electronic ID.

I am not able to use an electronic ID

If you do not have access to an electronic ID, or you cannot use an electronic ID for some other reason, you can ask someone to act as your proxy. Please note that your proxy must log in using their own electronic ID to book the appointment for you, meaning that the appointment is booked in the proxy’s name. The fact that the proxy’s personal data is shown in the booking does not matter when you visit the passport office. You can also book an appointment by calling the Police on 114 14.

Please note that you can have a maximum of two bookings per electronic ID. Each booking may be for up to eight people.

New booking

If you want to make a new booking, click on the button "New booking" below. You may select up to 8 people in the same booking.

Edit/Cancel booking

If you want to edit your booking, please enter your booking number and the e-mail address or phone number that was provided during booking. Then click the button "Edit/Cancel booking".
